OK everyone here is the schedule:
TEAM PHOTOS – please bring the attached completed form with check stapled. (Click on link below to open order form.)
10:15AM for U19
10:45AM for U17
MATCH SCHEDULE
U19 – 1:00PM. So if you leave the fields after pictures, be back by 12:00
U17 – 2:00. So if you leave fields after pictures, be back no later than 1:00 and preferably come support U19 team.
AFTER THE MATCH:
We’ll be providing pizza and Gatorades for players.
PARENTS:
1. If you have a canopy and don’t mind bringing, a little shade would be nice.
2. Need a couple of coolers with ice to cool down beverages
3. If you plan to contribute to either U19 or U17 basket, please bring $ or item to Sandy or I and we’ll add to respective team baskets.

Gareth Jones Tournament Schedule

Below is the final schedule for Saturday’s (April 14, 2012) tournament at college station,a map, and links to maps and parking lots.
Location information:
Matches will be held at Penberthy Intramural Sports Center
Texas A&M University
590 Tom Chandler Road
College Station, TX 77840
It will take about an hour and twenty minutes to get there.
There will be a caravan heading out from The Woodlands High School. Plan on a 6:45AM meet time for 7:00AM departure for the earliest set of matches. For those that start later…if you don’t want to get there early, please be there 1.5 hours before your match.
The following is from the coordination of the event:
The tournament will be the same day as a large festival on campus called Chilli Fest. For this reason parking for Gareth Jones will be easiest if you use lots 100m or 100d, which are both located right next to the Penberthy Sports Complex. Please note that part of lot 100m will be reserved for the participants of the Challenger Rugby Game that afternoon.

Texas High Performance Session 2

Session 2 of this camp is this coming Sunday at our practice fields at Alden Bridge Sports Park from 10-2. So be there by 9:30.

2/2/2012 – Practice Schedule

Practice is Cancelled for U11, U19, and the Girls.
All remaining teams please read the following;
I have secured the cafetria at McCullough Jr High.

We will be able to use it for 3 hours
U13 – 6-7pm (David, I will get the mats from the gym so where we can work on lineouts if you want.)
U15 – 7-8pm
U17 – 8-9pm
We will just have to keep the noise down a little as there are meetings going on throughout the building. so try to keep the kids from yelling.
I will be parking on the athletic side of the building (where the construction is going on) but you can enter from anywhere. Cafe is in the middle-back of the school. Find a main hall and walk towards the interior of the school and you cant miss it.
